If you plan for your workouts and plan for your nutrition, it is much easier to stay on track. Make a plan this week to get your exercise and to eat healthy, and I bet by the end of the week, you will have done just that. Don’t forget your water plan, although the weather does not encourage drinking water, your body still needs be hydrated to stay heathy. See ya in the gym.
