Fearless X-Fit is a cross training program designed to give you a challenging  full body workout.  Since this is a timed event, your goal is to choose a challenge level and push yourself to complete the exercises routine as fast as possible, using good form and technique.  I encourage you to take this challenge on at least once a week, and see if you can improve your time or even jump up a level over the course of a month.  Each month there will be a new Fearless X-fit challenge to take on.  Remember to log your time which starts after you warm up.

Levels: Repetitions to complete.

Beginner 20 Reps.

Intermediate 30 Reps.

Advanced 50 Reps.

Monthly X-Fit Workout.

1) Bicycle crunch,  100′s (All Levels complete 100 repetitions), Alternating Superman’s, 1/4 mile run incline 1.0-3.0

2) Hands in-hands out push-ups, Bench Burpies, Sumo Squat Dumbbells Swings, Bike .75 mile level 10.0-12.0

3) Pull ups assisted or modified, Stationary Lunge with biceps curls, dips (bench, assisted, or full), 1/4 mile run incline 1.0-3.0

4) Double Superman’s, Squats with dumbbells front raises, Dumbbells Push Press, .75 mile bike level 10.0-12.0
