Fearless X-Fit is a cross training program designed to give you a challenging full body workout. Since this is a timed event, your goal is to choose a challenge level and push yourself to complete the exercises routine as fast as possible, using good form and technique. I encourage you to take this challenge on at least once a week, and see if you can improve your time or even jump up a level over the course of a month. Each month there will be a new Fearless X-fit challenge to take on. Remember to log your time which starts after you warm up.
